A few helpful details before you begin.

What comes with my order?

Choose one Flow Band for $24.99 or two for $39.99. Each band has a connected hand grip and foot-pedal design. Mats, bottles and other styling accessories shown in photos are not included.

Can I choose different colors for the two-band set?

Yes. Choose Pink or Baby Blue for Band 1 and Band 2 independently inside the two-band option. Mix the colors or choose a matching pair. Your selection is shown again before you add it to your cart.

How should I use and look after the band?

Inspect the tubes, grips and foot loops before each use, and stop using the band if anything is worn or damaged. Wipe clean after use, allow it to dry and store away from direct heat and sunlight.
